Levolar Forte ™ contains 200 umg of elemental chromium in each time-release tablet or capsule, for a total of 800 umg at the daily recommended usage of 4 tablets per day. This is in the form of Chromium Polynicotinate, the most bioavailable form of chromium yet found. Additional chromium is not required with Levolar Forte™.
