I already purchased Hebrew Support+ or Hebrew Lite from Penticon, do I have to pay for LionHeb or PiLoc?
If you purchases Hebrew Support+ or Hebrew Lite in the past, then you purchased it from a company called Penticon, as they are the company that makes and sells that software (not PilotYid or anyone else). LionHeb and Hebrew PiLoc are made by different companies, not Penticon, so they will not offer a free or discounted upgrade from Penticon’s Hebrew software. If you were using Hebrew from Penticon and it no longer works on your new Palm, it is because their software does not work on PalmOS 5, both PiLoc and LionHeb do. See the last question below if you are wondering whether Penticon has Hebrew software for PalmOS 5.
