I already live in the Fort Meade area. How soon can I begin working at Fort Meade?
DISA’s new facility at Fort Meade will not be available for permanent occupancy until late 2010. However, you may be eligible to telework now. There are four DISA managed telework centers located at: the DISA Liaison Facility, Fort Meade, Md.; the Joint Spectrum Center (JSC), Annapolis, Md.; the DISA Joint Forces Command (DISA-JFCOM) Field Office, Norfolk, Va.; and the Joint Interoperability Test Command (JITC), Indian Head, Md. The centers are available for use by DISA employees approved for teleworking (regular and recurring or ad hoc). The daily space capacity is six for Fort Meade, four for JSC, four at JITC, and two at JFCOM.
