eircom eSecurity will remove any Norton product and some makes of old firewall or anti-virus software. However, it is better if you fully remove any other firewall or anti-virus software before downloading eSecurity. This is to avoid a conflict between the two types of software. Please follow the supplier’s instructions to do this.
