I already have experience and quite a few qualifications from my time in the Defence force. Do I still need to enrol in one of your courses or should I apply for recognition of competency?
Look at the units in the course outlines to check if these units are similar to the competencies that you already hold. If they are similar you could either use the participant guides to revise your knowledge and skills and quickly work through the course; apply for recognition of competency and gather the necessary evidence; or undertake a combination of both.
