I already have broadband, how can I move over to Accrington Stanley FC Broadband?
Firstly, you will need to ask your current ISP for your MAC (Migration Authentification Code) and enter this in the correct field when you order your Broadband with us. A MAC Key is a unique code generated by your service provider. It starts with either the letters BBIP or FTIP followed by up to tweleve digits then a forward slash and five more alphanumeric characters, for example “BBIP12345678/AB12C”. By generating this code for you your service provider is agreeing to your move to Accrington Stanley FC Broadband. Please ensure that you submit your MAC to us in the correct format otherwise the migration will fail causing a delay to your order. Please note: You will need to find out how many days your current ISP will leave your connection active as a migration takes 7 days to go through. If they cancel your account during these 7 days then the migration will fail. What happens if I move house?
