If the ISBN is attached to the .ePub version of your ebook, then yes. If it’s attached to your Kindle version, or your PDF version, then Bowker strongly recommends you get a new ISBN. The international ISBN agency strongly recommends a unique ISBN for each ebook format. The ISBN at Smashwords is attached to your .ePub version.
