Anova Medical blood pressure monitors require a very specific power supply. This can only be guaranteed by the use of batteries or an Anova Medical AC adapter. The use of AC adaptors not supplied by Anova Medical may result in incorrect blood pressure readings or in damage to the blood pressure monitor.
