I already have a Pay Pal account but when I enter my details at check out, it says that my sending limit has been reached. Whats wrong?

Pay Pal has an initial sending limit of up to the equivalent of $2000 USD (Approximately 1180) for people who have not confirmed their credit/debit card via Pay Pal’s expanded use program. This is intended to mitigate any loss resulting from use of a stolen card for example. Once you have made your initial transaction with us you are likely to not be able to buy anything else under the E-mail address you originally specified to Pay Pal unless you have completed expanded use. Which is where Pay Pal send a 4 digit code to your credit/debit card statement which you are then able to confirm online to prove you are the true owner of the card. The added security this offers for our customers and ourselves is great, however we realise that if you wish to buy something again before you get chance to complete expanded use that you won’t be able to.
