I already have a GroupWise email account; can I still apply for a JHEM account? Or vise versa?
No, customers are to have one email account, either on GroupWise or on JHEM. If you have a GroupWise account and would prefer to have JHEM, please contact your LAN Administrator, or the Help Desk, to have the GroupWise account deleted and your JHEM account activated. Same holds true if you have a JHEM account and would rather have a GroupWise account.
