A. Unfortunately, a Black Belt in another style will not really translate into the same rank in Kuk Sool Won ™ – in some systems, such as American Karate, they are able to do this because of the “loose” requirements for testing and promotion. In Kuk Sool Won ™, however, there is a standard curriculum with very specific requirements for each rank.
