I added cabomba plant to my fish tank.. Why did my harlequins die and 1 molly?

First of all, if you have good lighting, your cabomba will quickly outgrow your tank. The cabomba in my 55 gallon regularly grows one inch *per day*, and quickly reaches the surface. I have to trim it back weekly. Secondly, your tank is very overstocked. Five harlequins and five neons is fine, but that should have been it for your tank–no mollies. The plant didn’t kill your fish, but chances are bad water quality did. Get yourself some ammonia, nitrite and nitrate test kits and read up on fish tank cycling, which will help you keep your tank healthy in the future.
