I added a file to the Digital Drop Box, but my instructor says that he/she didn get it. What happened?
Using the Digital Drop Box can be a two-step process. If you use the Add button, you add the file to your own digital drop box only. You must then click on the Send button to add it to your instructor’s digital drop box. Alternatively, you can just click the Send button to do both steps together and send the file to both yours and your instructor’s digital drop boxes simultaneously.
