Make sure that the tower contains 5 or fewer Disc Stakka units For safety and power reasons, the OpdiTracker software will not communicate with more than five units in one tower. Connect more than five units to a computer via a powered USB hub or another USB port on your computer. Make sure the unit is properly seated Remove the unit from the tower, and then place it back on again making sure the connectors on the bottom of the new unit align with the one below and are properly seated. Make sure the USB cable is providing enough power for the tower Try disconnecting and reconnecting the USB cable from the bottom unit on the tower. It is possible that there is not enough power through the USB ports to power up the stack. Try connecting the unit directly to the computer to verify it is working. If so, connecting the unit as the start of a new tower (that is, to another USB port) may help (You may need to reboot your computer depending on your setup). Failing that, connecting the tower th
