I accidently added an email address to the list of blocked senders. How can I remove it from there?

Right click Spamihilator’s main icon in the tray area in the right bottom corner of your screen. Choose “Settings” from the menu to open Spamihilator’s settings window. Click “Blocked Senders” in the list view on the left and then select the address you want to remove in the list view on the right. Delete it via the “Delete” button.
