Most issue processes in MMS automatically issue out the material at the time of request, but this process is different. When the user initially runs the process it looks for all records that ‘can’ be issued and stores it in a file named IssFile.dbf in the data directory. The ‘Number of 1348 to process’ textbox shows how many records will be issued when the user hits the RUN button. This file stays active until all the material is issued. If there are records in this database table that should not be issued your System Administrator can delete this file. This allows new criteria to be chosen and the process to be run again. NOTE: ANY MATERIAL ACTUALLY ISSUED OUT OF MMS CAN NOT BE BACKED OUT UNLESS IT IS DONE MANUALLY.

What is your question?

*Sadly, we had to bring back ads too. Hopefully more targeted.
