I accidentally chose “Do not allow this program to use Skype” when I was prompted with the Skype warning dialog. How can I re-allow BayGenie to use Skype?

You can change the permission by managing program’s acess inside Skype. To do so, in your Skype, choose Tools->Options->Advanced->Updates, and click on the “Manage other program’s access to Skype” on the bottom right of the dialog.
