Hyundai tiburon, which is better for it a short ram or a cold air intake?

I have a 2005 Tiburon and i am looking to put either a cold air intake or a short ram intake but im not sure which would be best. Im the manager at a repair shop so instalation isnt a problem but i want which ever one would make the car the fastest. I know that the difference is next to none for some engines but it is different in others, which should i chose ??? A: I have heard short ram is better for performance, 4-5hp but cold air is better for milage, but you still get 3-4hp. I don’t think there is that much difference to be honest.
