Hydrogen Peroxide Teeth Whitening – Does It Work?
There are a lot of different methods you can try to get white teeth with one of the more common being baking soda and peroxide. You need the mix the two until you get a tooth paste consistency and brush your teeth with it and leave it on for two minutes. After you rinse your mouth brush your teeth with regular toothpaste in order to get the rest of the baking soda paste off of your teeth. The theory behind this is that the baking soda will gently scrub your teeth while the peroxide will bleach them. It is strongly recommended that you avoid this method if you have any other dental problems other then stained teeth.
