Hydrogen peroxide in pesticides?

ZeroTol does have a hydrogen peroxide base, but it’s main use is as a “non-toxic fungicide/bactericide/viricide”. It may kill aphids on direct contact, but that isn’t it’s intent. Oxidate also has a hydrogen peroxide base. It’s primary usage is as a fungicide and algaecide. TerraClean is another. It’s a bactericide & fungicide that’s applied to the soil, not directly to the plants themselves. BioSafe has other anti-disease products to protect crops after harvesting and for water treatment. Hydrogen peroxide is basically used for the same reason it’s used as a disinfectant. It’s a bacteriacide/fungicide/viricide on it’s own, but other chemicals are added to improve it’s use in sterilizing crops for disease prevention. In organic gardening/farming, pesticides generally aren’t used for insects, but disease is a serious enough issue that control is considered more important. Hydrogen peroxide is considered organic.
