Not good Editor: After a recent letter you asked readers how USA Cycling service had been lately. My answer is not good. I called twice over a month time frame and left messages asking how to get our race on the NRC calendar. I left home and work numbers and to this day have not heard one word back from them. Jeff Lawson VIrginia Beach And online forms aren’t easy to find Editor: Out of curiosity, I went to the USA Cycling site link in Andy Lee’s letter. You can download a form without signing up, but it is not intuitively obvious how to do it. Forms and Applications is in a sub-menu under Membership/Riders. I’m fairly computer savvy and it took me about five minutes to figure it out with a DSL connection, already knowing that I didn’t have to create an account first. If I hadn’t had advance warning from Andy Lee, I would have gone through the same process as Jim O’Brien and wasted another five or 10 minutes. It’s there, but it could stand to be more obvious.
