I think you mean the sidekick IV (IX is 9). T-mobile’s service is decent. Something that i’ve noticed is that most T-Mobile (NYSE: DT) phones get more service when they are up high, so if you don’t get service in a certain area, you might try standing on something to raise yourself up higher. It also depends on the region that you’re in. Check out t-mobile.com. The website is very user-friendly, and I’m pretty sure that it has a link that shows reception in different areas of the US.
