How would you say 0000 hours (midnight) in military time?

0

We always wrote it out as 0000 but we just said “midnight”. Technically it would be zero hundred, and noon is twelve hundred, then again we said “midnight” and or “noon”. The military is formal, just not stuffy. You obviously watch too many movies.
