Probably not – the only non-german beers that are more or less available on a regular base in Germany are probably some Czech and Polish beers, and the Guinness. You may stumble over the odd Corona, and sometimes even Budweiser (the US crap), Miller or Foster. The average german has an approach to beer as an ordinary daily foodstuff, not something that is to be enjoyed as a speciality. There used to be a distributor/shop in Dusseldorf with /some/ other imported beers, but I think they have stopped already years ago. But try indeed the local beers – there are quite a few brewpubs in the Dortmund area, you can locate them for instance in www.hausbrauerei.
