Select the Cavity Panel and Bulk Insulation options in the External wall Default window. The R value of the Bulk Insulation is calculated using the Tools button to reach the R Calculations button. Select the Material, enter the Thickness and the R Value is calculated. In this case select expanded polystyrene with thickness 40/60/75 mm.
