Responsible for the leadership of a 24 – 7 operations center designed to support all employee relations, communications, benefit and compensation coordination in addition to providing managed human resource development, scheduling, distribution; with customer service focus, providing a multi logistical support and coordination to all Strategic Airport Security Rollout (SASR) encompassed employees and clients. Spearheaded team coordination working in conjunction with on-site TSA Administrative Officer for Human Resources management, supported efforts to implement standard configurations and training processes for passenger screeners, and acted as overall lead for operations at the Albany International, Stewart International and Westchester Airports concurrently while providing supporting services to the Buffalo – Niagara International Airport….
