I don’t think you can describe a Pit Bull owner any more than you can an owner of any other breed. Sure, some macho guys who have something to prove might go for the bully-boy reputation. If you rescue a dog, surely you rescue him or her because first you like the look, and (if you know how to choose a dog properly) second, you perform tests on it (e.g. holding a puppy on its back to see how much it struggles) to see how compatible it is. If you have a problem with Pits, you should just say so. Otherwise I don’t really understand the point of your question!
