How would visitors and people not hired yet get CalMail accounts?

People (faculty/staff) requiring CalMail accounts before they are active in HRMS will need to be granted affiliate status first, once their affiliate status is activated and they are in calnet, they will be able to create a CalMail account. It takes several working days to get an affiliate account activated in HRMS, then 24 hours for it to show up in calnet, at which time it is usable.
