How would todays college student make themselves most marketable?
Pete Pendergast – Dow Corporation I think the primary thing to do is do the basics in school, get the grades, I think anyone with a 3.0 or above qualifies you for most companies. So that’s the base line important thing to do. We recognize when people are working outside of school and they are paying for their own education, they don’t have the time to devote to associations or student organizations. So if that is what you are doing make sure it is clear on your resume that you’ve funded your own education, that you’ve worked while in school. If that’s not what you’ve done get involved in student organizations, take a leadership position in Marketing Association or Multi-Cultural Business Student Association or fraternity, sorority or those kind of things. Get involved and don’t just be a member but get actively involved. Do internships if you can if you can find good internships that are related to your field of study. I think those three things are probably the key things that we look
