How would this starvation diet work?
Yes you would but it would be all water weight, so the second you began eating again you would gain it all back. And you’d go into starvation mode so your body would store everything the second you began eating again. I don’t know anything about sugared water, but I’m pretty sure not eating is never healthy. Don’t do it.
If you don’t eat, then you are actually LESS LIKELY to lose weight because your body will go into starvation mode and hold onto anything and everything it already has, so you won’t actually lose any body fat. The best way to lose weight is to just eat a normal amount of healthy food, and exercise.
