How would the show be promoted?
I take care of the bulk of the tasks needed to promote the show, at no cost to you. • I create flyers for the show and give them to you to distribute to your diners. • I create inserts for your bill holder for you to distribute to your diners. • I put the show information on the website, including the ability to download and print the flyer. • I write a press release and send it to all local publications. • I add the show to Florida and local online event calendars. • I post a flyer at the Okaloosa County Visitor’s Center. • I send an announcement to my 600+ e-mail recipients. • I send postcards to my 300+ snail mail recipients. • I promote the show at Chamber of Commerce events. Additionally, if you have a marquee or other means of outdoor advertising, I ask that you add the show date for display. If you have an ad running in a paper on a regular basis, I ask that you add the show to that ad, as there is generally no charge to do so. I also ask that you instruct your staff to distribu
