How would the plans for the 2012 Olympics and a West Side stadium affect Chelsea Piers?
Betts: At this point, Chelsea Piers attracts in excess of 4 million visits a year and runs more or less at capacity. Therefore, neither project would have much impact, if any, on our activities.
