The Base Rate applies to single-family dwellings, duplexes, condominiums and townhouses. In accordance with the existing District ordinance, all other multiple-dwelling complexes, such as triplexes, fourplexes and apartments, as well as single-room occupancy and mobile homes, are charged at 60 percent of the Base Rate. Overnight trailer parking is charged at 40 percent of the base rate.
