How would people get to the Rockledge?
Local citizens could easily drive to lodge, take the free shuttle (with regular, hourly, round-trip service to the City Market and Explore Park), or perhaps, one day, take the reinstalled trolley/tram up the mountain. Parkway travelers would use the short, existing spur (road) off of the Parkway to the mountain. Existing, easy access is a key strength of the project.
