How would other fraternities on campus describe Delta Sigma Phi?
Good question! You’d have to ask them, but I think they’d say we had an awesome last year and really built some great momentum for future successes. I also think other fraternities and sororities would tell you that Delta Sig is extremely involved in leadership at Thiel, has “down to earth” guys, has good grades, likes to have fun, and is different than the other fraternities. Delta Sig has taken the campus by storm (We have brothers that are class officers, on the SGA executive board, IFC president, in virtually all honor societies and so much more). On the reverse end of the spectrum, honestly, some of the groups may even have negative things to say about us because they are afraid we’ll get more recruits and take away from their recruitment. We have friends in all the other fraternities and aren’t looking to compete but sometimes people get angry when they see one chapter winning a bunch of awards.
