How would LD 1418 address the supply situation?
Like a law that recently was enacted in New Mexico, as well as bills currently pending in Minnesota and Illinois, LD 1418 would allow the state to license well-regulated nonprofit “dispensaries” to grow and distribute medical marijuana to patients who cannot grow their own.
