How would Italians feel if a black player gets to wear Italian NTs jersey……?
Well, I’m Italian and live in Italy since I was born here. So I can answer you telling you how really are Italians. (Because I’m quite sure -no, DEFINITELY sure you don’t know us.) Italian people has nothing to do with racism. We’re friendly with strangers and we treat them as brothers. Just for giving you an example, Mario Balotelli, how many users have already said, is now in Italian National Team under 21 and I think he’ll be in the Italian first National Team soon (and believe me, Italian people want to see him playing there). In Italy there are many black players and there are no problems for us. Italian people like them, love them, celebrate them, dislike them (how they can like, love, celebrate and dislike a white player, there’s no difference). However, I’m not saying ALL Italians are not racist, because obviously there are some exceptions (like in other countries, for example you’re a racist one in your country), but I can say Italian people is not racist!!
