It’s unlikely that you would qualify yet because you are still growing. I should consult your Gp as a first step and he will not only advise you as to when you could apply, but also advise you on referral. You could qualify on several grounds for NHS treatment, first of all the medical reasons you describe regarding your back, but also for psychological reasons you describe also. I think you have a good chance, but do talk it over with your GP first.
