How would I build muscle in my arms at home without weights?
Wel fist off pushups are for the chest and triceps. I like to build on my chest at the minute, so i tend to 30 push ups arms spread wide apart, then 20 at sholder wide apart, and finaly 10 or 15 with hands together under the centre of my chest. This type of exercise is great for building muscle on the chest. However in your case with u want a change in muscle mass, u must progress in your exercise, if u can do say 40 pushups in the one go, try and do 50, then do another set, and another, to find out what u thnik your max is. Building muscle on your biceps and forarms will be hard, without weights, but i guess you could lift a really heavy school bag full of books with both hands infount of you. Im not sure but i would recommending getting a good set of weights.
