Fowl and small animals, such as rabbits, kept outside require a permit, and dogs and cats require a license from the Animal Control Division of the Health Department. All cats and dogs must be licensed at six months of age and must have current rabies vaccinations. Please contact the Health Department for more information. Title 6.
