That periodic table includes elements that are possible. We’ve found all the stable ones long ago. A extra terrestrial civilization might use different ones than we do, based on a different temperature/pressure/atmosphere environment, (might even be life based on, say silicon instead of carbon), but we’d still recognized order being imposed on natural disorder.
