She would get revenge. If Blair is known for anything it’s her schemes. Think of all the times her and Serena were on the outs. She would make snide comments, avoid her or try to ruin her based on the severity of the incident. Likely Blair would find out what this friend was doing instead of hanging out with her and sabotage the situation. Mind games, seduction, blackmail, none of this would be too outrageous. Maybe you can get your friend’s friend sent to boarding school or arrested for drug possession. The bigger the better. And don’t forget to do these things in a cute headband and matching tights!
