How would an unpaid medical bill of $114 sent to collections affect your credit report?

supposedly, medical fees are not eligible to go on your credit report. i have no link to verify that for you though, sorry.

Make sure you pay the collection. It will then report to your credit as a paid collection. It will drop your credit score some, but nothing serious. As long as you maintain your credit normally you will be fine. I am a loan officer and analyze credit for a living, and I can assure you that a $114 paid medical collection will not hurt you in any way when trying to get any kind of loan.
