How would an employee or member gain access to YouDecide?
Once implemented, employees and members access YouDecide using a “high-tech” and “high-touch” approach. Each client is provided a private-labeled, product-customized portal accessed from the benefits portion of their respective intranets via optional single sign-on or by phone through YouDecide’s licensed call center advisors.
