How would agencies be informed of the Strategic Alliance activities?
A Joint Communication Plan will be developed for the Strategic Alliance. It is envisioned that each agency will appoint an Agency Coordinator and a Communication Liaison. This person will be responsible for distributing communications throughout their agencies. In addition, communications will be available on the NYFMS and FOCAS web sites.
