How would a school be able to keep their site up-to-date?
Part of the support given to schools using this service is training in how to keep sites up-to-date. This is done using software called “ftp” which allows users to send new or amended pages from their school directly to their school’s central web directory. The software to do this is already on your NGfL server, but would need to be configured with a password to allow the school (and no-one else!) access to the school’s site.
