How would a Prospective Employer interview me, especially if he is geographically far away ?
Interviews can be • Over the Telephone • Via Video Conferencing • Via the Chat Box • Being seated in front of the Interviewer. Normally the Prospective Employer expresses the time and venue that would best suite himself, but with changing times the ‘mutually suitable’ time and venue route is being agreed upon. Depending upon the geographical distance, time and cost factors, the existing technology available in your country etc.,any or a combination of two or more of the alternatives mentioned above are being considered.
