How would a donor combine gifts (to attain leadership level status) with their partner/spouse who works for UF or another company?

The UF employee will need to indicate online (Donor information page) and/or on the preprinted pledge form the name of the spouse/partner and where that spouse/partner is employed to receive that credit. The credit will be determined by United Way, which is the fiscal agent of the UFCC.
