In order to file a complaint, utilize the following procedure: 1. If you wish to make a complaint about the actions of a West Des Moines Police Officer or about any aspect of the West Des Moines Police operations, please: a. Come to the police department, 250 Mills Civic Parkway, and tell any employee that you want to make a complaint, or b. Call the police department, 515-222-3320, and tell the person answering the telephone that you want to make a complaint, or c.
