How would a carnally minded Christian benefit from receiving the gifts of the Holy Spirit?
Paul set in order the gifts of The Spirit. They were to be used for the edification of the many membered body of Christ (the builing of faith) and to show Gods power to those that saw it outside of the body. Being carnally minded is an inhibitor, but gifts and callings are without repentance. So if the gifts are functioning properly in your church they should edify the body (church) and increase faith in those that witness.
Those gifts are of the Holy Spirit, at work in human consciousness. Any mind receiving the work of the holy spirit, is a mind of the Spirit, and receives all others with himself. No matter the path they hath taken, God welcomes all His Children, and calls to them all with His Voice. God is the Benefit. God Bless.
